Blowback

Henry is delighted when he is chosen to pull a train that is to be filmed. But on the day not all goes well, when the Director filming from Harold takes control and flies him too close to a steaming Henry, causing a blowback.

Paint Problems

The engines are arguing over what is the best colour for an engine. James is defiant with his opinion on how dull blue is, but after being diverted into a siding with trucks loaded with paint, James gets splashed with blue paint and gets cheeky comments that night.

Vigilance is Vital

The Fat Controller brings in a new Express engine, Sodor Castle. Gordon immediately becomes jealous and the two argue over who is better. Sodor Castle says he can work with his eyes closed- but when he does he runs into a line of trucks and gets in trouble.

The Battle of the Express Engines

After more fighting, Sodor Castle challenges Gordon to a race from Tidmouth to Maron. When they do, they go along well until the end where the signalman diverted them both into sidings and they both crash into a farmer's fields. The Fat Controller scolds them both, and afterward they make up and become friends.
