"I really hate to ask you this but I just got a call from the dean. He wants me to come to a meeting on campus today. Its last minute and I can't find a sitter for Ali, you remember my daughter Ali right?" Bruce finishes. You can't recall ever meeting Ali but you don't want to be rude.
"Oh yea I remember Ali, How old is she again?" you ask trying to gather information about her to help you decide.
"She's 14. She probably doesn't really need a sitter but I'd feel better if someone was there to keep an eye on her. She doesn't take much looking after. You can just watch TV or something and she'll probably join you or maybe play a game. Nothing too demanding." Bruce finishes hopefully.
