Make a social call on Big Sal

You pull out your cell phone and call Vito, one of Big Sal's chief lieutenants. "I just came into some money," you tell him, "and was wondering if..."
Vito interrupts. "Say no more, pal. You want to spend some of it at Sal's, yes? A driver will be outside in 20 minutes. You know you're always welcome to join up. Sal likes you, kid."
"Thanks, Vito," you say. "I'll be waiting."
45 minutes later, you're carrying your new cash into an opulent room, located inside a dingy-looking warehouse. Sal owns everything in a 3-block radius from here, and while it appears to be an abandoned industrial wasteland, the interiors of the buildings belie the outsides. Sal greets you with a smile.
"Hiya, kid!" he says. "What can I do for ya today?"
