DeviantART is a hypocritical piece of faggotry that can't make it's users happy, so it comes up with all types of rules to further limit their artist skill. Examples include the banning of pornographic imagery or literature, while also saying nude models and 'passionate' type stories are OK.
In short, deviantART is just about out to get you, and don't ever get the idea that they support free thinking, because you'll find your ass out of there for that. If it weren't for the homosexual admins and the MASSIVE sonic and anime faggotry, deviantART might have had a slim chance to be a p cool website, but that is just not the case.
