The Riot Officers serve as the elite police force of NeoTokyo. In TS2, if you are spotted by a camera or the police patrol car an endless amount of Riot Officers will pursue you. During the end of the mission NeoTokyo the Riot Officers are fighting against crime-lord Sadako and her gang of hackers on the streets. They are armed with Sci-Fi Handguns.

The character returned in Timesplitters: Future Perfect as a multiplayer only character with the same stats as in TS2.
