Catwoman is a thief/supervillain/superheroine in the DC universe. She uses stealth and agility mixed with good looks and general sluttiness to get her way, much like the Pez.

She's now a mother, just like the Pez.

It turns out she was also mindwiped by Zatanna to turn good in an insanely stupid retcon, probably not like the Pez, but you never know.
