Aidan had been in SiFiction long before the term had been coined by Alaric. One of his friends, Stuart7, had created a group called the Worldwide Engine Protection Squad. The Squad made its first appearance in one of Stuart's stories, "Thomas and the Murderous Engines". Aidan was the head of the Squad, and joining him were Ryan, Peter Sam, and Dieselengine. Aidan Rea (b. August 25th, 1988) joined SiF back in 2003. He registered under the name 'Harvey27', as an homage to one of his favorite characters, Harvey the Crane Engine. His fanfic-writing skills were at first a tad bit on the rubbish side, but with a little help from now-administrator Ryan, his writing improved.

As a Musician
Aidan is very gifted in music. He mostly likes to play the music of the Beatles, and has learned how to play some of the parts Ringo Starr used to play for the songs. In fact, Aidan was lucky enough to take on the task of playing the drum set for a piece called "The Symphonic Beatles" at the fall concert at his school. Aidan also has perfect pitch, meaning he can automatically tell what a note is whenever one is played.
