Usage format: {{Retired|sysopname}}, insert after archiving and protecting. Please do not forget to use the 'sysopname' part, so people can whine, bitch and moan to the sysop who performed this function for the user in question.
If there are any questions about this, please use the "Inquiries here" link to contact the person who performed these actions on behalf of the user. If the user is apparently present again, please also alert the inquiry contact, so the template can be removed and the pages unprotected.
