In many ways, the talk pages lie at the heart of RationalWiki. Unlike Conservapedia, where discussion is actively discouraged in favor of so-called "substantive edits" (cf. the infamous 90/10 Commandment), RationalWiki recognizes that the debate on a subject can often be just as important the subject itself. Correspondingly, some of the best RationalWiki content is sometimes to be found on the talk pages, rather than on the actual article pages.
