Spica is a Hiver, born on the planet Guaran (former capital of the Hive Federation).

Using his extensive mastery of the science of Psychohistory, Spica successfully took on and 100%, rubber stamped, defeated TK over a rather semantic point. TK insisted that Spica had "demanded" answers to something, and Spica insisted that he had never used the words 'demand' or 'demanded'. TK could not provide evidence that Spica had 'demanded' anything and Spica kicked his arse/ass 100%, rubber stamped. Natch.
