I humbly accept the nomination made by TomFoolery; thanks for your confidence, Tom. If elected, I pledge to listen to and consider input from active players before making my decision, to abide by the letter of the rules in question, and, where those rules fail to indicate a clear and straightforward decision, to take into account the betterment of Nomicapolis as a whole in forming my ruling.
