Willy is a Troll form of Wayoshi that once spammed the Chatroom before Wayoshi's ultimate reform. Willy is highly based on Willy on Wheels, and some say that a Troll by the simple name of Willy may exist somewhere as an entity separate from Wayoshi's Troll form.

Willy first showed up in the Chatroom shortly after the infamous March of the Willys, at a time when it would be hard to not think that he was Willy on Wheels himself. Wayoshi regrets his decisions of choosing to morph into Willy on the occasions that he did, and cites his main reason for his Trolling acts as venting out anger and wishing to "fool around" with people. As Willy, Wayoshi's main attempts at breaking Chatroom rules involved impersonating Sysops with hopes of being an Op and kicking others out of the Room, although he later switched his focus to creating disturbing perverse, often targeted at the female user Beanbean. (As a matter of fact, it is rumored that Willy's dream was to one day marry Beanbean, a feat that he did indeed try once.) Although Wayoshi accidentally left subtle hints that he was Willy's true form, only KPH2293 caught on to him vaguely. Recent newscasts show that he has changed his ways (admitting first to Knife and later to others) and that he will therefore never wear the veil of Willy again and likely cause no trouble at all in future times. Although our beloved Wayoshi was forgiven by most Users, he painstakingly decided that it was only just to horrifyingly demote himself from Bureaucrathood. He will forever be remembered as a dedicated Bureaucrat who helped the wiki out in many ways and will continue to help others from a normal User's point of view.

As stated above, Willy was designed after the infamous Willy on Wheels and largely acted as Willy on Wheels's doppelganger. (As a matter of fact, eyewitness accounts claim that, while Wayoshi was in his Willy form, he believed he actually was Willy on Wheels and showed signs of wishing to destroy the original WoW, making Willy surprisingly similar to a Dark User.) Even though most Users were convinced that Willy was indeed Willy on Wheels, however, the two are very distinguishable from each other; Willy is a shadowy, red-bordered human while Willy on Wheels is a rollerskate-clad, spherical creature of an unknown origin.
