Ice Spiny

Are are very cold version of the Spiny, where these spinies spikes are made out of really cold icesicles, so the hurt you very bad if you touch them physcally, the only way to attack it shooting/breathing fire at it and it'll be defeated, another way to defeat them is by throw objects at it and it spikes will shatter from it. They only live in cold places and 8-Bit Island, but in Star Wiki RPG they were at the food mansion. They are occasionaly thrown by Ice Lakitus.
