Evil Guy is a formal Fat Guy who used to hate cupcakes, but not anymore. He is not actually evil anymore.
History
Evil Guy once wet his pants due to having eaten so many cupcakes he couldn't move to the bathroom. He became an evil Fat Guy, though his wicked face remained the same, losing its color. However, Plumber gave him a cupcake desguised as a Waffle once, and his evilness and hatred towards them melted. However, this also caused the Unmariowiki to collaspe because people were too shocked at what had happened.
The Idiotic Adventures of PLUMs and his Friends Alike
*SPOILERS* He fuses with Mr. Mr. SFDIOJOSDIJFIOSDjFIOSJOIDFSJOIDS permanently to make a new person, Slammer Guy. However, fusion wears off quickly, and Mr. Mr. SFDIOJOSDIJFIOSDjFIOSJOIDFSJOIDS pushes Evil Guy into radioactive waste, turning his cloak black and his head into Petey Piranha's head. ENDSPOILERS
