The Penguin is an evil genius that is idolized by Plumber, HK-47, and mostly by WarioLoaf. He has tried to attack the wiki countless times and recently defeated many Logan clones in solo combat. He took the surviving ones and had them in a new scheme. The scheme is unknown, but it seems to target Xzelion, Sir Grodus, and Plumber. Xzelion and Gradus attempted to block him and Plumber took his cinabon.
His past schemes included him teaming up with Willy and Peachycakes to destroy the WarioWiki and DKWiki (which they succeeded in doing) and kidnapping Beanbean and Wayoshi.
He only appears in Wario and the Odious Antagonists
