Super Luigi 821 is a human that seems cool but tries to be goofy. He was once known as Paper Jorge and worked for The 'Shroom doing updates on his upcoming video game. However when he cancelled it, he was kicked out of the job and to hide his identidy he changed his name to Super Luigi 821. However he is planiing on changing his look.
Super Luigi 821 became a Sysop and is a rival of Willy and Peachycakes. Super Luigi 821 has a pet Yoshi named Doshi and he is still a kid. Super Luigi 821 also has a portable Wii that he carries in his pocket.
