Lower Power Distribution Act is a Liberalian Law

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PARLIAMENT OF LIBERALIA

Section I

Clause 1 - All Ministers shall have Moderator Powers over their Ministries

Clause 2 - All Chairmans shall have Moderator Powers over their Parties

Clause 3 - All owners of property in Bahia Esmerelda shall have Moderator Powers over their buildings.

Section II

Clause 1 - All the above persons that have gained these Moderator Powers shall only be permitted to use them to move, lock and pin posts/topics, not to delete them.

Clause 2- The Ministry of Security and Defence will be responsible for the enforcing of Clause 1, Section II.
