Fender Billy Corgan Stratocaster
- Signature guitar made to Corgan's exact specs in order to create his famous mid-'90s "buzzsaw" tone. Three DiMarzio pickups (two custom; not Lace Sensors), string-through hardtail bridge, satin nitrocellulose lacquer finish. Corgan currently tours with at least two of these guitars.

'57 RI Fender Stratocaster
- Main guitar during the Gish/Siamese Dream era. Lace Sensor Blue in the neck, Lace Sensor Silver in the middle, Lace Sensor Red at the bridge. Five-position pickup selector installed by Corgan.

- As heard on "Where Boys Fear to Tread".
'72 Gibson ES-335
- As heard on "Tonight, Tonight".
'74 Fender Stratocaster
- Baby blue, used on "Bullet with Butterfly Wings" and "Muzzle". Not the same as the below guitar.

- Used during the Gish era and stolen shortly after the completion of the album.
