Enter The King Of Indies
Brett Unknown, debuted into the world of professional wrestling at age 18 in the RWE in December 15th of 2005. Unknown first trained with a man known as "Kyle Evers" who many look at as one of the top wrestles today. After that he modelled his skills at Shawn Ashlocke's School Of Hard Knoxx while in the EWE. He then finished his skills by getting trained by Matthew Logans while taking place in PRW. AT this point Unknown had taken part in many federations. In a year of time he had captured over 20 different Indie wrestling championships (more titles than many get there whole life) and by 2008 Brett Unknown had made a huge name for himself as one of the top indie wrestlers on the circuit and made a name as "King Of Indies". Also in 2008 Unknown had achieved a huge list of titles holding more 44 different titles including belts from indie promotions like RWE, ORW, PBW, BWF and CPW as well as Pro Companies like EWE & DXX. Unknown made his debut into DXX in 2007 of November, not known by many. In his first match he was placed in a tournament on the first ever Monday Night Massacre. He ended up losing the match to (former GM and close friend) Rocco Ross but had made a splash to many people in DXX. He vanished from the DXX scene shortly afterwards to continue his dominance in the indies capturing the CPW Heavyweight Championship very quickly. He then returned to DXX at The Rebirth 2008 were he placed third in a battle royal for the X-Division Championship. He is currently on a roll/streak with 5 straight wins (Including former DXX Champion Triple H in the main event of Massacre).
The Intercontinental Championship?
Brett Unknown captured DXX gold at "Dead On Arrival" 08 when he beat Kurt Angle & AngelDust, who at the time were in the N.W.O (New World Order). The title was vacant and the odds may have been a bit staked up for Unknown. But thanks to communication errors (Angle & AD fighting each other when Unknown was out) and Angle hitting the Angle Slam on AD, Which led Unknown to hit a quick 'Critical Influence' and get the win. Then on DXX.Com a bit afterwards Unknown announced that the I-C champions was gone forever (as long as he was champion anyways) he then led to say that it would be known as the DXX Pure Wrestling Championship and redesigned the title it self and saying all Pure title matches will be contested under "Pure Wrestling Rules" as made famous in ROH.
The Dangerous Alliance vs DX
On DXX.Com Triple H, Shawn Michaels & X-Pac announced that they were re-forming DX (D-Generation X/DeGeneration X) and taking over Monday Night Massacre and giving Rocco Ross living Hell. But Brett Unknown was very quick to retaliate saying on DXX.com that DX may try but he was satnding up for Rocco & The Rest Of Massacre (DX Surprisingly being the good guys in this case). Wes Zephaniah also agreed with Unknown. Rocco Ross (Massacre GM) Took Unknown & Wes "Under His Wing" so to speak as his formed the Anti-DX squad known as "The Dangerous Alliance" which is still going today. Unknown (at this time) lost to HBK but the fallowing week pinned HBK on Massacre in a handicap match (Wes & Unknown vs HBK) as well as he beat DXX World Champ Triple H in the main event of Massacre being the hand picked wrestler by James Manson to face Triple H (he pinned HHH after special ref Manson used a chair on Triple H).
King Of Ultraviolence Tournament
Taking a step back to 2007, Unknown was invited to take part in the annual indie tournament known as "The King Of Ultraviolence". All though he did not make it far he placed 8th out of 14. All though Unknown has a strong hatred for Hardcore style wrestling he still entered the tournament (actually hoping to use it as a platform to take out hardcore style wrestling) but was defeated in the second round.
Making Friends In High Places
Ever sense Unknown came back to DXX in 2008 he has been some what of a "Snake". Making quick enemies of who he did not like and quickly aligning himself with people like Rocco Ross (GM of Massacre at the time), James Manson (Top Massacre Star), And Josh Impact (backstage friendship, Top Mayhem Star).
