Nuclear Warfare was a Pay-Per-View event produced by D-Generation XX, airing live in Cincinnati, Ohio. The show was the first to feature both Mayhem and Massacre superstars alongside the new development brand DXX ®ated - the first PPV to feature development talent since 2007.
The DXX Rated main event saw MVP taking on Johnny Relentless for the DXX Rated Championship, Massacre's featured The Black Hearts taking on Randy Orton and Trish Stratus in a mixed tag team match and Mayhem's was a TLC match with the DXX Universe Championship on the line between champion Josh Impact and Kenny Dykstra.
