The Avok were a race of technorganic beings who lived on a series of planets in a sector of space near Cybertronian territory. During Helix Prime's reign as Prime, The Avok went to war with the Cybertronians. After several Stellar Cycles, the war ended in an uneasy piece with several artifacts being handed over on both sides as a sign of good faith, including The Avok Codex and The Covenant of Primus.

Mysteriously, sometime after the end of the war, the entire Avok race vanished. It is unknown what happened to them, but Avok space is quarantined by the Cybertronian government and each of their planets is under blockade by Cybertronian ships. Nobody is allowed on the surface of the Avok worlds without clearance of the Prime.
