Positioning himself a little forward, Josh grabs your tiny waist and holds you tightly, then dives into you, slamming his 'needle' all the way in.

'Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!". You can't help it but make a loud yelp as the 'needle' is so thick and it filled your kitty like nothing ever before stretching the soft inner wall to a point when you spontaneously contract your kitty clinging even tighter on the 'needle'.

'Are you OK, Mira?' Josh stopped for a moment, as his 'needle' is completely inside you, submerged in your tiny little body, its tip is probably at where your abdomen is.

'Yeees, I..I am ok.' You try to speak but with a whimper. As you lean up your elbows seeing where you two connect, there is quite a bit of blood down there on both you and Josh's groin, your thighs, and the bed.

'Josh, I am scared, I am bleeding, should I see a doctor?' You ask your brother.

'It's fine Mira, blood is normal when you transform into a big girl. You are my brave little sister, right? Big girls don't afraid of blood.'
