You don't feel comfortable with their word. this isn't how trust works.

"I'm sorry, but that doesn't seem fair. Would you have accepted my word instead of checking me?"
Alisha folded her arms and gave you a hard stare. "No, but as we've already said, we've checked one another."
"And I'm supposed to take your word for it?" You ask. "Because it certainly doesn't seem right that you didn't trust me but I'm just supposed to trust you."
"You want us to take our clothes off for you?" Sam asks, looking a little shocked.
"I want the same thing you wanted," you say. "To be sure I'm not running around with someone who's going to turn on me later and kill me or infect me."
Alisha's tone is both insistent and serious as she speaks. "The two of us have checked one another. We're both clean. We're not stripping down for you, sorry."
"So you just expect me to take the risk?" You ask.
"You can leave if you want," Alisha said. "Nobody is stopping you if you don't trust what I'm telling you. But we're not stripping down in front of you. It's just not going to happen."
