Y4H: The final defense witness

Well, the defense has nothing left but...the defendant. Doc calls you to the stand. At least from there you can't catch the whiskey-stink, and he lets you do most of the talking. His preliminary questions establish that you were there for fun and games with Ovia, Beane, Phil, and Whitley, and that you were the guy who came up after Phil got started on Ovia's ass. You testify that you didn't ask Phil anything about the spurs, didn't unlock the safe, and never stuck any kind of riding spur up your ass. Attention then turns to what happened after everyone left the room.
Doc: Did you get dressed right away?
You: No, just wandered into the bedroom. Whitley was going for the shower first, so I thought I'd rest a little, maybe look around a little.
Doc: And what was their bedroom like?
You: About the way you'd expect - they had some interesting toys around, things I'd never heard of before, so I was giving those a look over, and flipping through the DVD collection, and starting to think about doing something with Whitley after we got back to my apartment.
Doc: And what happened next?
You: Well, I looked out the window and saw that Ovia was out there...
Here's a decision to make. The full details of what Ovia was doing might be embarrassing, even to her. Maybe the DA will stay away from there on cross examination. On the other hand, it might provide a little context as to what happened next. Or just arouse the "yuck" factor. Anyway, you need to complete your sentence without much hesitating, or they'll start to think you're hiding something...
