"Turn back, my liege!" cried his advisers.
The prince took no notice of fools. Legend had it these thorns protected a kingdom containing a great treasure. And as he took his sword to them, he pushed his way further and further into the forest. No one dared follow him.
Hours passed. Alone and exhausted, the prince emerged to find himself a beautiful courtyard. Bodies were strewn everywhere, having fell where they stood. From their style of dress, they should have been dead centuries ago. But they were all well. Sleeping.
He'd come this far and found an incredible place. He was not about to turn back now. The prince looked high at the towers above him and found himself drawn to the tallest.
