Anonymous edits had to be blocked to stop the plague of spambots. It was pretty bad for a while there, but there haven't been anymore such attacks since the block was initiated.

And just for the record, the story of the homeless men was originally here, thrown inexplicably into the story Red Mercenary. The original anonymous writer's work has since been deleted because it was so poorly written and made no sense in that story. --Platypus 18:31, 3 July 2008 (PDT)
