Sleeping like a log, you wake up as the guy whose bedroll you crawled into gets up. He doesn't ask who you are or where you came from. To him, you're probably just someone else who lost their place to stay. You sure look ragged enough to have gone trough some hardships too. "You new on the street?" He asks you. You nod and he continues "Couldn't imagine you living on the street for long in such light clothing." With that he picks up some rags from his backpack and hands them to you.

"Take these, they're too small for me anyway." feeling a shiver run down your spine, you gratefully accept and put the rags over the torn rags of the clothes you were wearing. You don't really feel any warmer, but the feel of the clothes puts your mind at ease and you stop shivering.

You sit there for a while in silence, the other homeless people get up too and some wander off. Others just linger around somewhere listlessly. The guy you slept with watches you for a bit, then asks "So, you have anything to do? Any plans for the future." You wish you had.

You :

Thank him for the clothes and keeping you warm, then leave.

Tell him you're gonna try to get a job somewhere and a place to stay.

Shake your head and tell him you have no idea what to do from here on out.
