You make the gown cover you as best you can, then step out the door. A quick peek around shows that no one is there, so you rush out of the security wing into the mall. A few people stare as you run by and so you throw a hand over your exposed ass.
You near the exit, when a guy has the nerve to yell, "Nice cheeks. I can take you back to the hospital." His friends snicker.
