The Outpost Settlement is built around the Poonani Gate, which lies on the southern end of the Smutititty Wall, connecting Analland to the Smutititty Hills and southern Cokhabad. It also serves as a garrison for the Sightmaster Warriors, who stand guard, wary of another attack by the Bird-women.
