I know this is for comic effect, and I laughed, but if I can be Buzz Killington for a moment, I just want to note that people have a lot of blood, and while suddenly doubling an erect penis in size might induce a brief dizzy spell, it wouldn't “realistically” cause a blackout, let alone heart failure, in an otherwise healthy person.
