You pin on the name badge and put the stethoscope around your neck. You exit the changing room and head up the corridor.
After opening a random door, you find yourself in a small office. A girl who looks about twenty, dressed in a tight black skirt and white blouse, and wearing her hair in a ponytail, stands up from a desk as you enter.
"Oh, Doctor Thorney?" she says. "I'm Isabelle, I've just started here today. My job is to do whatever you tell me to!"
She takes you out of the office and shows you to a smart doctor's consulting room, with a large mahogany desk and a treatment couch.
The sexy secretary looks you up and down, admiringly, and says, "Would you like me to show in your first patient, sir, or can I do anything for you before you start?"
