What do you do? What any self-respecting woman would do. You aren't about to expose your private parts to the world. Even if it's just in your car. You pull into a rest stop to change your sweaty clothes only to realize you left your bag of spare clothes at home. Great. Now you'll haver to make the whole trip in this oppressive heat in soaking sweaty clothes. It'll be hours and there aren't too many clothing stores in the middle of nowhere. You'll have to buy new clothes when you get to the mountain town. You drive for hours and now a new problem emerges: your thighs and breasts get swollen, red, and extremely itchy. You ignore it for a bit but it just keeps getting worse over time. What do you do?
