You clear your throat, and start your formal introduction and greeting, bowing your head as you spread your arms. "I am pleased to make your acquaintance, Ma'am. Allow me to introduce myself, I am Prince Saber of the Eastern Islands. I am here to claim you as my life mate."
You look up at her, and she's still frozen in disbelief. That is until she screams loudly, piercing your sensitive ears like a pair of knives. Instinct takes over, and you lunge at the girl, sinking your teeth into her shoulder. As blood fills your mouth, you realize what you've done, and quickly let go.
"Oh God." you whimper, as you look down at her.
She's unconscious, and bleeding quite a lot. She still has a pulse, but if you don't do something quick, she's going to die.
