Sam chats up Pretzel girl as they walk through various department stores together. She invites him over for dinner and he happily agrees. Sam sits at Pretzel girl's dinning room table eating pot roast and talking to the girl's parents, when her father mentions that the boy that delivers his newspapers is always late and throwing the newspapers in the bushes. Knowing he can do better Sam offers to help out in Pretzel Girl's neighborhood, expanding his route. Her father recommends Sam to all his nearby friends and Sam's delivery route (and income) grow by 50%.
