"HELP! HELP!" you scream as loudly as you can.

"Bad idea," snarls the man. "Since there's no point in being quiet anymore, there's nothing stopping me from doing this." He shoots you in the chest and you crumple to the carpet.

"HEY!" shouts a female voice. It's Annabelle...with her own pistol in her hand. The intruder begins aiming at her, but she is faster. She fires a single shot and a neat red hole appears in the man's forehead as he slumps down dead. She then bends over you, her training as a nurse kicking into action.

Thanks to Ana's skills as a nurse, she controls your bleeding enough to get you to a hospital in time to save your life. The bad news, however, is that the bullet shattered your spine. You are confined to a wheelchair for the rest of your life. All because you screamed when you were told not to. You should have thought of a more clever way to defeat the gunman.
