You take the fight to the beast and charge it head-on. It seems surprised that you would charge at it without hesitation. Being the biggest and the most vicious among his kind, it probably isn't challenged often. Especially not by a human who doesn't even reach past his chest. It recovers from its surprise fast and counters your charge.
It tries to knock your sword aside with its claw, but earns itself a deep wound in its paw instead. It falls back and readies itself for another charge, but you're already upon it and your blade connects with its head. The creature manages to roll backwards in time to avoid a lethal wound, but sustains a large wound across its face. Even for a werewolf, that's gonna leave a scar.
Victory cheers resound from the battlefield. A quick glance in the direction where the sound is coming from reveals that all of the werewolves have been surrounded and massacred by Duran and your guards. The huge werewolf lets out an angry howl before turning around and disappearing in the forest.
Rejoin the others after making sure it isn't coming back
