You weigh your options, despite his memory loss, Kakarot's earlier power level was higher than yours and in a battle of attrition, you'd probably lose especially if the Earthlings could pull out any tricks.
"Kakarot, did you hit your head or something, answer me!" You yell, more annoyed, has he been brainwashed?
"My name isn't 'Kakawutzits' or whatever you're calling me, My name is Son Goku!"
"Clearly, 'these Earthlings' have messed with your mind, your name is Kakarot and you're a Saiyan just like me!" You explain to Kakarot the basic history of the Saiyan Race and the fate of your home, Planet Vegeta.
The revelation hits the whole group, even Kakarot was completely in the dark about his heritage, that explains it. As they talk amongst themselves, you look at the sky. Good. This planet has a moon, from Kakarot's lack of tail, if things turn south you should have the upper hand. As you turn your attention back to the group, you and Kakarot lock eyes.
"I don't care what I am or where I come from. I am Son Goku, and Earth is my home. Now leave and never come back!" Kakarot's declaration is followed by him changing his posture to a battle stance.
Your eyes narrow, despite his misgivings Kakarot was more a Saiyan than his brother, you'll give him that. Turning off your Scouter.
"Kakarot, you must understand, the Saiyan race is barely holding on. There are only four of us left. The Saiyans could rise again, retaking our place as the strongest warriors in the Galaxy we'd only need to defeat Freeza."
"I already said, I don't care about you Saiyans, now leave and never comeback.
It seems Kakarot isn't willing to listen to reason. So much for uniting the Saiyan people, but dying isn't on your list of things desired outcomes.
