After "borrowing" the Phantom (you can't even imagine what Hera will do when you get back) you arrive at the outskirts of the Imperial city sector. Deciding that it would be better to go in on foot, you land the ship and put on your Imperial Cadet uniform. Putting your lightsaber in a concealed pocket in your pants, you get off the ship and enter the city.
