With a loud "thump" Cassie fell onto the hard floor. The impact drove the air out of her lungs, and she curled into a ball as she tried to recover.

"Look at the naked girl!" said a voice.

"Where'd she come from?" someone else asked.

"She just appeared out of nowhere!" a third voice chimed in. "Materialized in midair and fell. She almost hit me in the head!"

Cassie blushed furiously and tried to cover herself with her hands.

Heavy footsteps pounded towards her. Two huge men dressed in uniforms reading Ace Security Co. suddenly stood over Cassie.

"I saw it on video and I still don't believe it," one of the guards said. "Well, let's get her to the security office."

The men scooped her off the ground and lugged her to a small office, where they placed her in an anteroom. "First things first," the tall back man grunted.

"Yeah," his companion, a muscular Hispanic man, added. "You OK, miss? That was a hard fall you took."

Cassie still felt a bit dazed, but nothing appeared to be broken.
