Pay a visit to the preacher by the docks

Hurrying down to the docks, you see a man standing outside of a church, wearing black clothes and matching black hair. It's your target.
"I know you're there," the preacher says. "Come on out."
Startled, you quickly draw a long knife and approach your target. Strangely, the man is unfazed by your presence. He stands his ground, even when you're right in front of him.
"Satan wants you to kill me?" the preacher asks. You nod. A small smile forms on his face. "Go ahead then. But let me warn you, you're about to make a big mistake."
