The blood covered sword is only half way when Jane’s magnificent eyes steal all resolve from your arm.
Unluckily for Patient C the sword is a heavy one and the initial strength you put in the swing is enough to drive the blade deep into the skull. Her pain deformed traits break the spell and puling the sword towards you finish cutting a nice part of her head off.
“Note to self, decapitation works perfectly.” You say spitting on her body.
Once the rush of the adrenaline settles down a fact hits you: you’ve just sacrificed 4 survivors in some absurd attempt to gain knowledge.
You resume work but the will is not there. Relentlessly the transformed family on your dissecting tables remembers you of your crime. You’ll hold on in this lab making little to no progress. In the next month or maybe the one after that you’ll have lost all will to live. You’ll kill your test subjects before committing suicide.
