Onwards and forwards down the stairs

You rush down the stairs to the kitchen where you catch your little sister drinking something from within the fridge. The fridge gives her cover but you have a sneaking suspicion as to what is is.
"Are you drinking my oj?"
She turns around, still holding the carton to her mouth and takes another swig. She lifts her other hand which holds a gun. She points it towards you.
"What if I am?"
Oh boy. Now what?
