Mia/Gladiator/Solo/Charge in head-first

The pressure is making it hard to think and you are starting to shake on your knees. You suddenly become aware of all the eyes looking at you from the spectator stands and feel overwhelmed. You shake your head and cry out loud to shake off the pressure, then you charge in without a further thought. The man grins as he sees his chance and thrusts his spear at you, his face clearly shows he believes he'll get an easy victory. However, as the spear closes in on you, you realize your predicament and drop to the ground to avoid his spear thrust. The tip of the spear grazes your head and you dive between the tall guy's legs. Tumbling over and getting back on your feet, you see the guy still looking confused at what just happened. You don't waste a second and take advantage of this opportunity to slash at him from behind with both scimitars. He instinctively blocks your first slash with his right arm, leaving a rather deep cut on his lower arm. If these weren't modified weapons, that arm would probably have been cut clean off. Not giving him a chance to recover, your second scimitar slashes at his neck.
He suddenly jumps backwards and your swing cleaves the air, your momentum causing you to lose your footing. Before you can recover, the man's spear finds it's mark in your stomach. You panic at the sight of your blood flowing out of the wound, but quickly realize the cut isn't all that deep. He only used his left arm due to the earlier injury. Still if these were real weapons, that may well have been a lethal injury. The man pulls out the spear and steps in close, trying to get you with the back of his spear. You parry the blow with your scimitars and take some distance.
After your first contact, both of you immediately took a big hit and are profusely bleeding, at this rate it definitely won't be a long fight. The audience cheers you on. You see the other fights going on behind your opponent.
The redheaded girl hasn't taken any injuries while the axe-wielder is bleeding from several wounds. they don't look very deep though. She's circling in on him like a predator on its prey.
The blond girl is bleeding from a head injury, but she doesn't look too affected. the short guy seems to have hit her with his shield. He's taken a pretty deep wound in the leg from one of her scimitars tough and the cocky expression from before has vanished beneath his pained grimace.
The brown-haired woman is coughing up blood while the walking boulder leisurely molests her body. Well, she had no more mercy on a weaker opponent before so you don't feel much pity for her.
You concentrate on your own opponent again, having caught your breath. He's ripped off some of his clothing and tied it around his wound. It's a flimsy bandage at best but should at least prevent it from becoming worse. Your injury is still painful, but it isn't as bad as it looks and you feel you can go on with little trouble. He holds his spear up and slowly closes in on you.
