From Create Your Own Story

"I'm sorry, did you say I HAVE to help you? What the fuck do you think I just did?" You point to Ray's lifeless body. "I already helped you, sister, more than I ever intended to. Do you think I came here to rescue damsels in distress? Do you think I even have time for this?"

Breya steps back but doesn't stop pleading with you. "She's done nothing wrong! You can save her, please I need your help?"

"I have better things to do than to search for your dead sister." You turn to leave, disgusted with this whole situation and eager to be done with this place.

"She can help you!" You stop at the door, one hand on the handle. "She- She knows Lord Daren's chambers inside and out! She knows where he keeps his things and what secrets he has!" You hesitate, but decide you don't need her to do your job. You open the door when Breya calls out, "She knows where he keeps his gold!"

"...keep talking."

Breya's eyes light up. "She does, she told me!"

"I thought you said Lord Daren didn't tell people what he did with the gold."

Excitement rises in Breya's voice. "She told me one night! She said she saw him hide gems and gold in a hidden safe! I scolded her awfully for it, told her she should keep her eyes on her work but she never listens. She always has to find ways to get into trouble, I swear someday she'll-"

"Focus, Breya. Where did she say this safe was?"

"She did't tell me after I shouted at her, but she knows! I swear!"

You weigh your options. Either you can proceed without the girl, maybe stumbling over the safe yourself, or you can risk your mission and probably your life trying to save some girl you've never met who may already be dead. To do that you'd need to find out where she is if she's even still alive, make your way to her, and then find some way to free her and then get her to safety. It was possible, but only just.

But then again, having insider information would make your job that much easier. And the safe...

Make your choice.
