The trauma of what her former mistress has forced her to do is far too heavy to carry; that is why Lily’s no longer in control of her body. The person in charge of it is leaving her all the time she need to cope with it.

You call him RAT, because he has forced you to hide in the sewers. He said that it would be safer there from the light and everything. He has strong feelings about survival. He seems afraid of everything but he uses it to protect you so for now you leave him in charge.

A few other voices are in here with you. There is MISTRESS, she’s always giving orders and everything but BINDER is there to make her shut up. You actually like their constant arguments; it makes a pleasant noise in the loneliness you live in. There is CRYER, she’s mourning the victims of Lily’s acts. She’s also part of the background noise. You have also FEEDER and FUCKER, their functions are pretty clear, soon you’ll have to unleash them, but not yet, not until the sun hasn’t set. There are many other voices who still have to step into the light.

And then there’s you, you don’t talk, you stay back and watch them argue and complain. They all fear you but they know that you have your purpose too and that you’ll have to take over at some point if they want Lily to be whole again. But you’re not in such a hurry. Your time will come and when it does…
