Leaving/Janet/Wash Kay's body, like she did for you

You decide you'd better get comfortable with this woman. You carefully start washing her naked body.
"Thank you," Kay says. "It's difficult to reach my back."
You take your time and wash her, careful to clean every inch of her skin. She then rinses off and in a few minutes you're both dry.
"Come inside," Kay says, and you do. You help her get down some meat, as neither of you has the energy to cook, and after a simple dinner, you find yourself sitting on Kay's bed with her.
"Want to talk about it?" Kay asks, clearly meaning why you ran away.
You shake your head. "My family doesn't accept that I'm not a boy. That's all you need to know."
Kay wraps her arms around you and nudges your head onto her ample chest. You enjoy the contact.
