Leaving/James/Stay with someone/Uncle Mark

You always had a lot of fond memories with uncle Mark from when you were little, though you haven't seen him since he and your mother fought years ago.
Now that you're moving out, you think about him again. Maybe he'd take you in, if only for a little bit.
So, you call him. "Hello?" He answers.
"Hey, uncle Mark."
"Who's this?"
"It's James, your nephew."
"Oh, uh, hey James," he sounds apprehensive, "how have you been?"
"I've been pretty okay for the most part. You know how mom can be though." You say.
"Yeah. How long has it been anyway?"
"I think I was 10, so, 9 years?" You say.
"Ah, yeah. So, what are you calling me now for?"
"Well, mom said I have to move out. I would have talked to you before now, but mom wouldn't let me. I was wondering if I could come live with you for a while?" You ask. "If you don't have space I understand, though."
"Oh. Well, I have space. I don't live with anyone anyway, so you can stay for a while at least. Maybe longer, we'll see." He says.
"Awesome. Thank you. Do you still live where you did when I was there last?" You ask.
"Yeah."
"Alright, I'll go grab my stuff and head over now, if that's alright?"
"Sure. I was bored today anyway." He says.
