"Fine, he can stay." Said Gretchen agitated.

"Thanks. But I am sure we don't get in trouble." Thanked Alice.

"But if I get in trouble just because of a cat, then that feline is gonna lose eight out of nine lives."

"Alright, alright. Calm down." Said Katie, "How about I take us to the town. We'll get a drink, and have a nice day."

"Sounds lovely." Said Alice.

"Sure." Said Gretchen uncaring.

As Gretchen, Alice and Katie walked around town, Alice started to whisper to Katie.

"I'll feel guilty about this. First I ask you to convince Gretchen, and then I ask her to let my cat stay."

"It's alright," Reassured Katie, "We'll give her a nice day, then she'll might feel better about the favor you asked her."

Katie turned to Gretchen and asked:

"What do you want to do now?"

"Well, I'll want to go to the clothing stores on the east side of the town." Said Gretchen.

"Sure. Let's go there." Katie didn't really want to buy clothes. She never really saw the appeal of clothes shopping. Sometimes she saw something that she really loved and wanted to buy, but mostly she just bought something if she really needed it. But to please Gretchen, she decided to go.

As The girls we're about to pay at the desk of a store, as the cashier scanned the products.

"That'll be $350 dollars, please."

Gretchen felt down her pockets for her wallet.

"Crap, my wallet is at the dorm. Can any of you pay for me? I promise that I'll pay you back."

As Katie looked down her wallet she saw that she had enough money for Gretchen's clothes. However, she wouldn't be able to buy hers now.
