The Hyrule Compendium consists mainly of two things, memories and non-canon one shots. Memories are "canon" to the rest of the story in this site, but only take place in the past. Non-Canon one shots are stories that, for whatever reason, where not written into the main storyline, either due to major plot conflicts or just inability to work it in.

A popular character in non-canon LoZ is Linkle, basically a female version of Link. These stories consist of Linkle's adventures in Hyrule, some in a Hyrule where Link exists, some in place of Link.
