You jump and break the window, then jump again to go out it. You hit the ground really hard but you get up and run back toward your house. The cops turn around and they're chasing you now. You can't really move well with the handcuffs on so you're kinda slow. You don't want to go to jail but at the speed you're going you don't really have too many options.
